Working closely with landlords, tenants and colleagues, you will support the day-to-day running of the lettings department by arranging viewings, progressing tenancies, preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with current legislation.
You will also help generate new business while delivering an efficient and professional service throughout the lettings process.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Block Management Administrator:
- Arrange and conduct property viewings while providing excellent customer service to prospective tenants
- Prepare tenancy documentation, process applications and support the tenancy progression process
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the lettings department
- Manage property enquiries, negotiate tenancy agreements and assist in generating new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records using the company CRM and property management systems
- Ensure all lettings administration and compliance documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential lettings, property administration or estate agency
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise a busy workload
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred
