What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
- Generating and converting valuation opportunities to attract new property instructions
- Registering, qualifying, and maintaining relationships with applicants and vendors
- Arranging and conducting property viewings while providing professional advice throughout the sales process
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
- Promoting ancillary services including conveyancing and financial services
- Monitoring personal performance against targets and maintaining accurate activity records and reports
