The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business, conducting market appraisals, securing property instructions and supporting the continued growth of the branch. Working within a highly regarded brand, you will utilise your local market knowledge, negotiation skills and leadership abilities to maximise opportunities and achieve sales targets while delivering a first-class customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager / Lister:
- Conduct market appraisals and secure new residential sales instructions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
- Drive branch performance through proactive business generation and networking activities
- Negotiate offers and progress sales through to successful completion
- Support and mentor negotiators to achieve individual and team targets
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service while ensuring compliance with industry regulations

- Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Valuer, Lister or Senior Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
- Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business

- Ability to build credibility and rapport with clients at all levels
- Results-driven with a commercial and target-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
