A professional, experienced Property Manager is required to join a residential lettings team in Catford, South East London. This role would suit an experienced property professional with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to property management.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of residential properties, dealing with maintenance, contractors, inspections, compliance and rent collection. You will provide day-to-day support to landlords and tenants, maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of service.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing maintenance and repair requests, arranging contractors and monitoring works through to completion
- Dealing with contractors, processing payments and ensuring repair works are completed efficiently
- Ensuring all property certification is up to date, including gas, electrical, EPC and other compliance requirements
- Scheduling and processing mid-term inspections, recording findings and following up any required actions
- Monitoring rent payments, processing rental income and proactively chasing arrears
- Providing day-to-day support to landlords and tenants, keeping the CRM system updated and dealing with calls and enquiries as part of the team

- Good level of experience within residential estate agency or property management
- Previous Property Management experience with a strong understanding of lettings procedures
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to negotiate effectively with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Patient, positive and proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Friendly, approachable and calm under pressure with a genuine team-player attitude
- Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Good knowledge of the Renters’ Rights Act and other key residential lettings legislation, with no driving licence or car required
