Experienced Lettings Manager required in Canterbury to lead lettings team, grow market share, increase instructions and deliver exceptional service across residential lettings and property management portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive lettings professional with several years’ experience who is ready to take responsibility for leading a team and expanding the lettings business. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the lettings department
- Generating new lettings instructions and increasing market share
- Conducting market appraisals and converting valuations into listings
- Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
- Overseeing compliance with current lettings legislation
- Supporting and developing members of the lettings team
- Monitoring performance against targets and KPIs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
- Working closely with the property management team to ensure smooth tenancy progression

- ARLA qualification beneficial
