Enthusiastic Business Development Manager required to win new business nationwide by building broker and introducer relationships, sourcing new partners and promoting conveyancing solutions through proactive field-based sales activity. We are recruiting on behalf of a National legal services provider and seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow market presence through new business acquisition. This is a field-based sales-focused role requiring confidence, resilience and a winning attitude! Previous experience in the Estate Agency industry and a strong property-sector network would be highly beneficial.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Building and growing relationships with brokers, introducers and property professionals
- Introducing conveyancing solutions to your existing network and sourcing new partners
- Actively winning new business through cold calling, appointments and nationwide travel
- Managing existing relationships while consistently developing new opportunities
- Meeting clients face-to-face across the country
- Representing the business professionally within the property and legal sectors
- Working to clear business development targets with a strong focus on conversion
- Maintaining accurate records of activity and pipeline progression
