What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Branch Manager:

- Previous experience as a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Branch Manager or similar estate agency role
- Proven track record of winning instructions and generating business
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Professional, ambitious and self-motivated approach
- Good local market knowledge would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence essential
