What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Provide professional building surveying services across residential and commercial properties
- Manage refurbishment, maintenance, and repair projects from inception to completion
- Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and contract administration
- Conduct building condition surveys, defect analysis, and reports
- Advise on planned maintenance programmes and statutory compliance
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
