We are seeking a practical people-focused Building Manager / Front of House to manage the daily operation of a smart private development in Hove, focused on the practicalities of building management and exceptional service to the residents. This role is central to creating a positive experience for residents, visitors, contractors, and other staff while ensuring the building runs efficiently and professionally.

Hands-on Building Manager and Front of House overseeing daily operations, coordinating services, and ensuring the building operates smoothly every single working day.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

  • Acting as the main on-site point of contact for residents, visitors & contractors
  • Running reception and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the building
  • Coordinating contractors, cleaners, security and maintenance teams
  • Identifying issues early and managing them through to resolution
  • Supporting general occupier requests
