Working from the Bromley office, you will take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day management of a busy portfolio, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors, ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation and resolving maintenance issues efficiently.
This role would suit a proactive Property Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Compliance & Maintenance Coordinator:
- Managing a residential lettings portfolio while delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants
- Coordinating property maintenance, repairs and contractor appointments from instruction through to completion
- Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety requirements
- Managing tenancy issues including renewals, deposit releases, end-of-tenancy matters and statutory notices
- Maintaining accurate property records and providing regular updates to landlords and tenants
- Resolving property management issues efficiently while building strong client relationships
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous residential Property Management experience is essential
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Good understanding of residential lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Ability to resolve problems calmly and make sound decisions under pressure
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Good knowledge of the Bromley area would be advantageous
