We are recruiting for a Property Auction Negotiator to join a busy and growing auction team based in Bristol. The role will involve visiting and listing properties prior to auction and dealing with complex pre-auction negotiations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with property and estate agency experience who enjoys building relationships, negotiating deals and delivering excellent customer service. Working within a fast-paced auction environment, you will support buyers and sellers throughout the auction process, generate new business opportunities and play an important role in the continued growth and success of the department.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing buyer and seller enquiries throughout the auction process
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, purchasers and investors
- Generating property auction instructions and identifying new business opportunities
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice on the auction process
- Negotiating sales and supporting transactions through to completion
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage
