A well-established independent residential estate agency is seeking an experienced Branch / Senior Branch Administrator to join their Chigwell office. This role provides the opportunity to support a busy office, maintain excellent client service standards, and ensure smooth operational processes. You will play a key role in supporting the team, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the branch runs efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Providing administrative support to the branch team
  • Handling client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating property databases
  • Assisting with tenancy agreements, sales progression, and documentation
