What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Support the day-to-day operations of the lettings department
- Market properties, respond to enquiries, and arrange viewings
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental agreements
- Manage tenancy applications, reference checks, and prepare tenancy agreements
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and ensure smooth transitions
- Generate, organise, and attend market appraisals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensure all lettings activity complies with legislation and company policy
- Manage administrative duties efficiently
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Deliver high standards of client service at every stage
