WANTED! Assistant Lettings Manager. Senior lettings professional required to play a key role in department performance, focusing on valuations, instruction growth, client management, and supporting the Lettings Manager with leadership and operational responsibility. This position is aimed at an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager who is already operating at a high level and is comfortable taking responsibility for valuations, instruction generation, and team support. You will work closely with the Lettings Manager, acting as a trusted second-in-command, contributing to strategic growth, maintaining service standards, and supporting the ongoing success of the lettings department.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Carrying out valuations and winning new lettings instructions
- Taking ownership of key landlord relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the lettings team
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of the lettings department
- Negotiating lets and agreeing terms on behalf of landlords
- Contributing to business planning and market growth strategies
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
