What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Launch and lead the Commercial Property Sales department
  • Value and appraise commercial property instructions
  • Manage and negotiate sales via private treaty and auctions
  • Build and maintain key relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Drive revenue and ensure sales targets are met

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial property sales (PQE)
  • Strong valuation and negotiation expertise
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of the auction process (preferred, not essential)
