We are recruiting on behalf of a successful estate agency and financial services group with offices in the Basildon area who are seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor. The role offers access to a strong flow of leads generated internally, supporting consistent business opportunities. Any candidates applying for this role should be CeMAP or equivalent qualified and have CAS.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Advising clients on suitable mortgage and protection products
- Managing and converting internally generated leads

- Building strong relationships with buyers, lenders, and estate agency colleagues
- Keeping up to date with mortgage products, lenders, and market changes

- Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent mortgage qualification
- Previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
- Strong understanding of mortgage and protection products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage and convert a strong lead pipeline
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional and proactive approach to client relationships
- Full UK driving licence preferred
