Our client is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their residential property management team in Teddington. This role offers the opportunity to develop valuable industry experience while supporting the day-to-day management of residential properties and landlord relationships.
Working alongside experienced property professionals, you will assist with maintenance issues, property inspections, resident and client enquiries, and administrative duties. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Responding to client, landlord and tenant enquiries by telephone, email and post
- Assisting with property inspections and site visits
- Managing repairs, maintenance issues and contractor instructions
- Supporting the administration of invoices, arrears and property records
- Updating client files, insurance claims and resident communications
- Providing administrative support to the residential property management team

- Previous administrative or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
