What You\’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Assisting with the management of a residential block portfolio
  • Supporting service charge budgeting and financial admin
  • Helping coordinate repairs, maintenance, and major works
  • Liaising with leaseholders, contractors, and suppliers
  • Attending and preparing for site inspections and meetings
  • Managing documentation, compliance, and health & safety records
  • Helping to ensure deadlines and regulatory obligations are met

What We\’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in property or block management (desirable)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of customer service principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
