Based in Teddington, our client is looking for an Assistant Block Manager to help support the Property Management Team and the managed property portfolio while working closely with experienced senior property managers. The successful candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of block management including maintenance coordination, compliance administration, client liaison, budgeting support, and day-to-day portfolio management, with ongoing training and clear career progression and personal development opportunities available.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Assisting with the management of a residential block portfolio
- Liaising with leaseholders, contractors, and clients professionally and efficiently
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance works, and contractor appointments
- Supporting with service charge administration, budgeting, and compliance requirements
- Attending site visits, AGMs, and residents’ meetings when required
- Maintaining accurate property records, documentation, and general administration

- Previous experience within property management, lettings, administration, or customer service preferred
