An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a busy and professional property business based in Archway. This hybrid role offers a varied workload, combining residential lettings management with a smaller portfolio of residential block management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing approximately 80% residential lettings and 20% block management, ensuring both landlords, tenants and leaseholders receive an efficient and responsive service.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties from move-in through to tenancy end
  • Coordinating maintenance issues, repairs and contractor appointments
  • Carrying out property inspections and following up on any required actions
  • Assisting with the management of a residential block portfolio, including maintenance and contractor liaison
  • Handling landlord, tenant, leaseholder and contractor enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current legislation and industry regulations

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings
  • Some exposure to block management would be advantageous
  • Good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements, including the upcoming Renters' Rights legislation
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
