What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants and matching them to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
- Generating new business opportunities and supporting landlord acquisition activities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
- Ensuring all lettings administration is completed accurately and in line with company procedures and legislation
