You'll handle tenant enquiries, arrange and conduct property viewings, progress applications and support the lettings process through to move-in. The role also includes property inspections and offers the opportunity to develop your career with full training and ongoing professional support.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator
- Handle tenant enquiries and match applicants to suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Progress applications and referencing through to move-in
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and other parties throughout the lettings process
- Carry out property inspections and provide feedback where required
- Generate new business and support the wider lettings team with achieving targets

- Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, sales or a customer-facing role
- Senior-level lettings experience for candidates applying at Senior Negotiator level
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems and property software
- Proactive, positive and customer-focused approach
- Genuine can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
