What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negoiator
- Managing residential property sales from instruction to completion
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Contributing to branch targets and performance
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
- Delivering high standards of customer service throughout the sales process

- Proven experience in residential property sales
- Strong track record of winning instructions and closing deals
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Target-focused and commercially aware
- Professional presentation and manner
- Good knowledge of the local area market
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Full UK driving licence
