What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
- Register and qualify buyers while handling property enquiries
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed feedback to vendors
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
- Progress agreed sales through to exchange and completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records and deliver a consistently high standard of customer service

- Previous experience in a sales role or residential estate agency would be advantageous
