Our client is seeking a confident, proactive and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to generate and progress residential sales from enquiry through to completion.

You will register and qualify buyers, arrange and conduct viewings, negotiate offers, build relationships with vendors and purchasers, and help deliver a professional, high-quality sales service across Hillingdon and the surrounding areas.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator

• Register and qualify potential buyers, matching them to suitable residential properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings across Hillingdon and nearby areas
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to secure successful sales
• Progress agreed sales through to completion, keeping all parties updated
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, purchasers and applicants
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a residential Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent or Property Sales Consultant
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing ability
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident telephone manner and professional approach
• Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Hillingdon, Uxbridge and the surrounding residential sales market would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred
• Well-presented, ambitious and passionate about residential property
