You will manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, handling tenancy matters, coordinating maintenance and building effective relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities, negotiating tenancy renewals and deposits, and ensuring properties are managed efficiently while maintaining high professional standards throughout the lettings process.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
