Salary: £32,000 per annum (Subject to experience and qualifications)

You'll manage tenancies from move-in through to renewal and end of tenancy, handling maintenance, compliance, notices and deposits. Working closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers, you'll ensure properties are managed efficiently while maintaining strong professional relationships throughout.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager
- Manage a residential lettings portfolio from move-in through to tenancy end
- Handle tenancy renewals, notices and deposit processes in line with legislation
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and suppliers
- Liaise professionally with landlords and tenants to resolve issues
- Ensure properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation
- Maintain accurate property records, documentation and tenancy information
