What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Registering prospective tenants and matching them with suitable rental properties
- Generating new business opportunities and building relationships with landlords
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and prospective tenants
- Maintaining regular communication with applicants and clients throughout the lettings process
- Working towards individual and branch targets while delivering excellent customer service

- Previous experience in residential lettings
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to win business
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- A proactive, ambitious and self-motivated approach
- Well presented with a professional attitude
- Knowledge of the Slough area would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
