A Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer is required to join a successful independent estate agency in Southsea. This role will suit an experienced residential sales professional with a proven track record in negotiating sales and securing new instructions.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer:
- Conducting property valuations and securing new instructions
- Negotiating offers and progressing residential sales through to completion
- Generating new business through prospecting, referrals and local market activity
- Building strong relationships with vendors and prospective buyers
- Conducting viewings and providing expert advice on the local property market
- Achieving agreed sales, valuation and new business targets
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience within residential estate agency sales
- Strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business
- Previous experience conducting residential property valuations
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong knowledge of the local Southsea property market
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident, energetic and target-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and professional presentation
