What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager / Valuer:
- Carry out market appraisals and win new residential sales instructions
- Drive sales performance while working towards individual and branch targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
- Support, motivate and lead the sales team to achieve excellent results
- Manage the sales process from instruction through to successful completion
- Represent the business professionally while identifying new business opportunities
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Negotiator or Valuer within residential estate agency
- Proven track record of winning instructions and delivering strong sales results
- Excellent valuation, negotiation and closing skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the confidence to motivate and support colleagues
- Outstanding communication and customer relationship skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Professional, ambitious and target-driven with a positive attitude
