Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR
Location: Reigate, RH2
Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

You will be involved in generating new instructions, building relationships with landlords and tenants, arranging viewings and negotiating successful lets.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Generating new lettings instructions and developing business opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and prospective tenants
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing lets through to completion
- Working towards individual and branch targets while delivering excellent customer service
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential lettings or estate agency preferred, although more junior candidates will be considered
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional approach to customer service
- A confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Ambition and motivation to work towards targets
- Smart presentation and the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential, with knowledge of the Reigate area advantageous
