You’ll handle tenant enquiries, arrange and conduct viewings and support applications through to completion. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator
- Respond to rental enquiries and follow up new leads promptly
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
- Progress tenancy applications and assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Coordinate property inspections and maintain accurate tenancy records
- Support property marketing through social media and video content
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting the wider lettings team

- Previous lettings, estate agency or customer-facing experience preferred
- Confident and professional communication skills both in person and over the phone
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Good written and verbal English
- Confident using computers and property-related systems
- Proactive, reliable and positive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential
