A Sales Negotiator is required to join a successful independent estate agency in Pulborough. This role would suit a negotiator with a little previous experience who is looking to develop their role in the industry. Strong sales skills, a positive approach and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service would be advantageous!

Working as part of a supportive team, the successful Sales Negotiator will handle property sales from initial instruction through to completion, conduct viewings, generate new business and build strong relationships with buyers and vendors. Local area knowledge would be helpful.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Negotiate residential property sales from instruction through to completion




• Conduct property viewings and provide knowledgeable advice to prospective buyers




• Generate and follow up new sales enquiries and leads




• Maintain regular communication with vendors and buyers throughout the sales process




• Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to generate new business




• Work closely with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets

• Previous residential property sales experience is essential




• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach




• Confident negotiator with a persuasive and positive manner




• Well-presented, articulate, ambitious and self-motivated




• Good knowledge of the Pulborough area would be advantageous




• Strong telephone manner and ability to work effectively as part of a team




• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential
