A busy Estate Agency in South West London is looking for a qualified and experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join its team. This role would suit a practicing adviser with strong mortgage knowledge, excellent communication skills and a proven track record in the mortgage services industry.
The successful Mortgage & Protection Advisor will provide expert advice across residential mortgages, buy-to-let, remortgages and protection products. You’ll work closely with clients throughout the process, identifying their requirements, providing suitable recommendations and developing new business through leads, referrals and cross‑selling.

- Advise on residential, buy-to-let and remortgage products
- Identify opportunities to introduce relevant protection and other financial products
- Build strong client relationships and generate additional business through referrals and cross‑selling

- Current or recent experience working as a Mortgage Adviser
- Thorough knowledge of the residential mortgage and buy‑to‑let sectors
- Proven track record in providing mortgage advice
- Confident with cross‑selling protection and associated financial products

- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
