You will take responsibility for driving sales performance, developing new instructions and supporting the team to achieve its targets. With a strong focus on valuations, instruction winning and client relationships, you will play a key role in growing the local business and maintaining high standards of customer service.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager:

• Leading, managing and motivating the residential sales team
• Driving performance to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Conducting valuations and generating new instructions
• Developing strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local contacts
• Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for business growth
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and professional standards across the office

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior residential sales role
• Strong track record in valuations and instruction winning
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, confident and commercially minded approach
• Good knowledge of the Maidstone property market
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
