An estate agency Property Valuer / Lister is required to join a successful residential estate agency in Streatham. This role would suit an experienced property professional with a strong track record in valuations and winning new instructions.

You'll be responsible for generating new business, carrying out market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions. Building strong relationships with vendors and providing accurate, professional advice will be key, alongside supporting the wider sales team to achieve branch targets and maximise opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Valuer / Lister

• Conduct accurate residential property valuations and market appraisals
• Win new instructions and maximise conversion from valuation to listing
• Develop new business through prospecting and local market activity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
• Provide expert advice on pricing, marketing and the local property market
• Work closely with the sales team to maximise new business and achieve branch targets

• Previous experience in residential property sales and valuations
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
• Strong knowledge of the local residential property market
• Confident and experienced in conducting market appraisals
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Professional, well-presented and articulate approach
• Self-motivated with a strong commercial focus
• Full UK driving licence required
