What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from tenancy commencement through to completion
- Acting as the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Handling maintenance issues, repairs, and contractor coordination efficiently
- Conducting property inspections and ensuring high standards are maintained
- Managing tenancy renewals, deposits, compliance requirements, and associated administration
- Providing proactive updates and advice to landlords to ensure excellent customer service
- Working closely with the lettings team to support smooth operations and continued business growth
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation, compliance, and property management procedures
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy portfolio effectively
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Professional approach with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and work independently
- ARLA qualification or working towards this would be advantageous
