Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic role for an experienced Lettings Manager / Assistant Lettings Manager who has a consistent, successful track record within the Estate Agency and Lettings industry and a high level of experience in winning new business. If you love winning – our client loves paying!

You will be responsible for:

  • Generating valuations
  • Spotting opportunities
  • Winning listings for the right price at the right fee
  • Growing the business
  • Building the landlord base
  • Training and mentoring other members of the team on how to achieve the best possible results

You will also have the ability to build rapport, maintain long term business relationships and be able to work independently, autonomously and also as part of a successful team.
