This is a fantastic role for an experienced Lettings Manager / Assistant Lettings Manager who has a consistent, successful track record within the Estate Agency and Lettings industry and a high level of experience in winning new business. If you love winning – our client loves paying!
You will be responsible for:
- Generating valuations
- Spotting opportunities
- Winning listings for the right price at the right fee
- Growing the business
- Building the landlord base
- Training and mentoring other members of the team on how to achieve the best possible results
