This Commercial Property Manager role in Hendon involves managing a portfolio of commercial assets, ensuring strong performance across lettings, rent collection and lease events. You will oversee both day-to-day management and longer-term asset strategy.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Commercial Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of commercial properties including lettings, renewals and rent reviews
- Handling rent collection, arrears management and tenant liaison
- Overseeing service charges, insurance, rating and maintenance matters
- Conducting regular property inspections and reporting on performance, voids and arrears
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals and strategic asset repositioning projects
- Coordinating with planners, surveyors, project managers and contractors on refurbishment and development schemes

- Proven experience in commercial property or asset management
- Strong understanding of lease structures, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Experience managing service charges, budgets and financial reporting
- Ability to handle tenant relationships and stakeholder communication effectively
- Knowledge of acquisitions, disposals and development processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assets simultaneously
- Proactive approach to problem solving and property performance optimisation
