Working alongside the Directors, you'll help drive branch performance, win new instructions and maintain strong client relationships.
The role combines hands-on property sales with team leadership, business development and a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager
- Assist the Directors with achieving branch sales targets and profitability
- Win new instructions and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct valuations and convert market appraisals into instructions
- Lead, support and motivate the sales team
- Manage applicants, vendors and sales progression throughout the process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local contacts

- Previous experience in residential property sales
- Experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator ready for progression
- Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
- Strong knowledge of the local residential property market
- Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and support a sales team
- Well presented, articulate and professional approach
- Full UK driving licence required
