The role offers flexibility around school hours, Saturday working and the option to work from home or the Lewes office. You'll be responsible for carrying out valuations, winning instructions and successfully listing properties, with commission providing additional earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Part-Time Property Lister / Valuer (Part Time)

• Conduct residential property valuations and market appraisals
• Win new instructions and convert valuations into listings
• Provide professional advice on pricing and marketing strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
• Manage the listing process from valuation through to launch
• Generate new business and maximise local sales opportunities

• Proven experience in residential property sales and valuations
• Strong track record of winning instructions and listings
• Confident conducting market appraisals and providing pricing advice
• Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of the local residential property market
• Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car essential
