Job Title: Lettings Valuation Manager

Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Valuation Manager:

• Carry out lettings market appraisals and win new instructions
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and prospecting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and prospective clients
• Advise landlords on pricing, marketing strategies and current market conditions
• Work closely with the lettings team to maximise instructions and completed lets
• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures

• Previous experience in residential lettings with a strong valuation background
• Proven track record of winning new lettings instructions
• Excellent business development and relationship management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Smart, professional appearance with a positive and proactive attitude
