You'll take charge of a residential portfolio and deliver a first-class service to landlords, tenants, and contractors in a professional environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

• Oversee the management of a residential property portfolio
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with lettings regulations and best practices
• Handle maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
• Conduct property inspections and manage tenancy renewals
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management
• ARLA qualification preferred (but not essential)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Confident team player who can handle pressure
• Up-to-date knowledge of lettings law and regulation
• Own car and full UK driving licence are essential
