Job Title: Residential Property Manager

Sector: Estate Agency and Residential Lettings

Location: Kingston upon Thames, KT2

Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum (Subject to experience and qualifications)

Position: Permanent – Full Time

You will help manage competing priorities, build strong relationships and handle property issues decisively while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach and keeping up to date with relevant legislation.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
• Conducting property inspections and maintaining accurate records
• Resolving property management issues efficiently and professionally
• Managing priorities and ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed timescales

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and workload prioritisation skills
• The ability to remain calm and considered when dealing with challenges
• Confident problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• A positive, professional and customer-focused approach
• ARLA qualification would be advantageous
• A full UK driving licence
