A Lettings Negotiator, preferably with some previous Lettings industry experience, is required to join a busy residential lettings team in Rainham. This role would suit a confident and personable individual who enjoys working with people and wants to develop their career within property.

You'll handle tenant enquiries, arrange and conduct viewings and support applications through to completion. The role also includes property inspections, tenancy administration and marketing activity, offering a varied position within a supportive team where customer service and attention to detail are important.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator

• Respond to rental enquiries and follow up new leads promptly
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
• Progress tenancy applications and assist with check-ins and check-outs
• Coordinate property inspections and maintain accurate tenancy records
• Support property marketing through social media and video content
• Provide excellent customer service while supporting the wider lettings team

• Previous lettings, estate agency or customer-facing experience preferred
• Confident and professional communication skills both in person and over the phone
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Good written and verbal English
• Confident using computers and property-related systems
• Proactive, reliable and positive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential
