What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities and potential applicants
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to buyers
• Negotiate offers and work closely with vendors and buyers
• Generate new business and contribute to winning instructions
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and branch targets

• Knowledge of the local property market
• Target-driven, ambitious and dynamic
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent spoken and written English
