Working at the forefront of the business, you will deal with buyers and sellers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry through to completion. You will arrange and conduct viewings, negotiate offers, maintain regular contact with clients and provide a high level of customer service throughout.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Registering and qualifying potential buyers and understanding their property requirements
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Providing regular feedback and updates to vendors
• Progressing agreed sales and maintaining communication through to completion
• Delivering a professional and high level of customer service throughout the sales process

• Previous residential estate agency sales experience essential
• Proven sales ability with a confident approach to negotiation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A professional telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of the Horsham area would be beneficial
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• A professional and proactive approach to estate agency
