What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting viewings and negotiating sales between buyers and vendors
- Managing offers and progressing sales through to completion
- Supporting valuations and instructions to win new business
- Delivering outstanding customer service to buyers and sellers
- Building strong relationships with clients and the local community
- Proactively identifying new sales opportunities
