What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:

• Register applicants, respond to enquiries and match buyers and tenants to suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing helpful information and feedback
• Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants to secure agreed deals
• Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective vendors and landlords
• Maintain regular communication with clients and progress sales and lettings transactions
• Keep property listings, applicant records and CRM information accurate and up to date

• Previous experience in residential estate agency sales, lettings or property negotiation
• Confident communication and negotiation skills, with a professional telephone manner
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive approach to generating business and achieving targets
• Good attention to detail when handling property information and client records
• A positive, reliable and professional attitude with a willingness to learn
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car for property viewings
