An opportunity is available for a creative and organised Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to join a busy marketing team in Chelmsford, working across a range of property-related brands and digital channels. Previous experience of having worked in the property industry is preferred.
The successful candidate will take ownership of engaging social media content, email campaigns, website updates and digital marketing activity, using creativity and data-driven insight to increase brand awareness, strengthen online engagement and support wider marketing initiatives. Candidates who have previously had experience of marketing in the property sector will be considered preferentially.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging content including social posts, videos, graphics, blogs and website content
- Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns, newsletters and digital communications
- Monitor social media and digital performance, producing reports and recommendations to improve engagement
- Support paid social campaigns including audience creation, campaign set-up and performance analysis
- Liaise with branches and internal teams to gather property information, coordinate marketing activity and support events and publications

- At least two years' experience within a marketing, digital marketing or social media role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience managing multiple accounts
- Experience creating and managing paid social media campaigns, ideally using Meta Business
- Good knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
- Experience managing website content, ideally using WordPress
- Strong copywriting, content creation and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and make recommendations
- Highly organised, proactive and creative with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
